Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of our Pro plan. No credit card required. You get full access to all four AI tools, unlimited queries, and all premium features. At the end of the trial, you can choose to continue with a paid plan or downgrade to our free tier.
Is my data safe with NeuroAI?
Absolutely. Security is our top priority. We are SOC 2 Type II certified, GDPR compliant, and HIPAA ready. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We never use your data to train our models. Enterprise customers can opt for data residency in specific regions and on-premise deployment.
Can I fine-tune the AI models on my own data?
Yes! Pro and Enterprise plans include custom model fine-tuning. Upload your documents, style guides, code repositories, or any proprietary data, and our platform will create a specialized model that understands your specific domain and requirements. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will automatically downgrade to the free tier. All your data and files will be preserved for 90 days.
